The assignment; Reflections – your images

Adrian Lewis

Adrian Lewis – Selfie with a spiral staircase, Burnham-On-Sea, Somerset, UK; 5 Nov 2014. We were down in Burnham on a beautifully sunny day yesterday, and I was doing something I very much enjoy – my wife being busy in a knitting shop, I was wandering around Burnham’s main street, looking long and hard at anything and everything, taking it all in. And there was an empty shop, bereft of most of its fittings, but with a spiral staircase whirling within like a slender, metallic pirouette. The sun was blasting down the street, reflections were flying all over the place, and I looked in the window, thought “Who’s that old man?”, and photographed him. D700 with 70-300 Nikkor at 70mm; 640 ISO; Color Efex Pro 4. Visit Adrian’s blog here.

  3. I couldn’t find the time to participate in this round, but I’m more than happy to participate next time. A lot of great entries here. I really like the seagull that’s looking at its own reflection -it makes me wonder if it has a sense of self.
